Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Goals Guru (“we”, “our” or “us”) and the services provided on goalsguru.co.uk.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Memberships and Billing

We offer both monthly and annual membership plans, including Silver and Gold tiers.

  • Auto-Renewal: All memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Upgrades: You may upgrade your membership tier at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades (e.g. from Gold to Silver) will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of an active billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your membership before your renewal date. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Share your account with others.
  • Attempt to access or modify our systems without permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion, subject to applicable consumer laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, text, graphics) is owned by JDL Trading LTD. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Losses arising from user misuse.
  • Temporary service outages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
